Series of Unfortunate Events: The Carnivorous Carnival and The Slippery Slope book review:

Firstly before I start I hope you all had a happy Easter and eat all the things you gave up for Lent. Now back to books.

The Carnivorous Carnival:

This book was really different from the rest of them because the Baudelaires didn't have
anyone to look after them. Also, just to make things worse they are on the run from the law even though they haven't done anything wrong. As you can tell, these books are getting more and more action filled and I can't stop reading them. At the start of this book, the Baudelaires are in the boot of Count Olaf's car but Olaf doesn't know they are there. I won't tell you what happened afterwards so you can find out for yourself. I would really recommend reading these books because I've even seen adults read these books not just teenagers.
In the book the Baudelaires have to be in disguise so Count Olaf doesn't know who they are and Olaf isn't in disguise so the tables have been turned a bit.

The Slippery Slope:

At the start of this book the Baudelaires find themselves in a caravan that is hooked to Count Olaf's car with Sunny in Esme's lap. Then Count Olaf reveals something and they have to try and stop the caravan from falling off the side of a mountain and find their sister.
As the Baudelaires are looking for their sister Sunny has to do all the cooking and cleaning for all the troop. Also, as you know Violet Baudelaire has inventing skills, Klaus has researching skill and Sunny discovers that she has cooking skills when she makes salmon with a signalling device.

I'm sorry to say I couldn't find any more author facts so that's it for facts about this author but if you find anymore please put them in the comments. Also, if you have any books you want me to read put them in the comments too and I'll see you next time.
